Why Buy a Double Running Buggy?
Traditional strollers are great for day-to-day use, but if would like to run with your children, then you'll need a double running buggy. They're specifically designed for jogging and feature large wheels, air-filled tyres, and often an upper wheel that locks to provide additional suspension.
double pram and pushchair -by-side models such as the Mountain Buggy Duet and Out'n'About Nipper Sport Double V4 are ideal for jogging on occasion, or more hard-core runners would prefer the specialized double-running pushchairs like the Thule Cheetah 2 bike trailer.

Safety
A double-running buggy comes with three or four wheels (like a standard pram) but they are often larger, with the front wheel locking for more suspension and control. Most double running buggy handlebars come with brakes (similar to those found on bikes) to enable you to quickly stop your buggy. They also come with wrist straps for extra security. Some also have a slightly reclined seating to provide extra comfort when your children are taking a nap or eating. You should wait until your baby is at least nine months old before you go for an outing and only after they're at ease.
